As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for all aspects of landscape architecture and maintaining the highest quality appearance of all exterior property, ensuring the exterior environment, grounds, landscaping, walkways, and parking areas are clean, safe, and physically appealing. You will also need to understand and follow MSDS and label hazards for chemicals and insecticides/pesticides, and maintain strict confidentiality of all resident and employee information.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all resident and employee information.

Responsibilities

Maintain the highest quality appearance of all exterior property.
Keep exterior environment, grounds, landscaping, walkways, and parking areas in a clean, safe, and physically appealing manner.
Understand and follow MSDS and label hazards for chemicals and insecticides/pesticides.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all resident and employee information.
