About The Position
A national property management company is hiring a full-time Groundskeeper/Porter for an apartment community. Under the supervision of the General Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, the role is responsible for the general cleanliness of assigned work areas.
Requirements
- Be a team player.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Prior maintenance or janitorial experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the building.
- Remove trash and operate the trash compactor.
- Assist in preparing vacant units.
- Clean property common areas.
- Care for property-owned maintenance equipment.
