About The Position

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper for a 210-unit residential property in Miami Beach, Florida. The groundskeeper maintains cleanliness in the property's interior and exterior areas to support its curb appeal and overall cleanliness. The role involves cleaning common areas, reporting maintenance and safety concerns, removing trash and litter, and assisting the team with exterior grounds maintenance. The position requires experience in janitorial work, landscaping, general labor, or groundskeeping, along with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in janitorial work, landscaping, general labor, or groundskeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment with minimal direction.
• Solution-based problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, professional demeanor.
• Commitment to work safety and risk management programs.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas daily by dusting, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, and emptying garbage.
• Report notable concerns in common areas, including vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, and missing smoke detectors or extinguishers, to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Remove and properly discard litter and debris from interior common areas daily.
• Assist the remainder of the team with exterior grounds maintenance.
• Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
