About The Position

Management Support is hiring a Porter/Groundskeeper for Villas of Preston Creek, a 408-unit apartment community in Plano, Texas. The position pays $17–$19 per hour and has a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. The employee will perform grounds care and trash pickup and work under the direction of the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.

Management Support manages Class A and B multifamily apartments and reports managing about 13,500 Class A units across 36 properties. The company emphasizes providing residents with an outstanding living experience, strong resident service, and timely maintenance. Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds up stairs.

Responsibilities
