About The Position

Tarantino Properties is seeking Groundskeepers / Porters to maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of its community in the Houston - Briar Forest area. The role involves keeping the property and shared spaces clean, maintaining trash areas, assisting the maintenance team with light tasks, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
