About The Position
Simpson Housing is seeking a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant for Montelena Apartments, a 256-unit garden-style community located between Dallas and Ft. Worth in Grapevine, TX. This role is a key part of the property maintenance team, responsible for ensuring the grounds and buildings are clean and well-maintained to maintain exceptional curb appeal. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation required
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
- Assisting in lawn and landscape maintenance including repair/adjustment of sprinklers
- Removing snow from walkways
- Assisting maintenance team members with apartment make-readies including painting and touch-up
- Delivering superior customer service and exemplifying professionalism at all times
