About The Position

EAH Housing is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper/Janitor to work at Lima Ola in Ele'ele, HI. This position is responsible for maintaining the property both indoors and outdoors, conducting routine property checks to ensure cleanliness and good condition, and assisting the Maintenance Technician with repairs and common area cleaning as needed. EAH Housing is a mission-based nonprofit organization with over 50 years of experience in real estate development and management, dedicated to creating opportunities for people to live better lives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of janitorial preferably in an apartment community setting
• Light maintenance experience
• Basic computer skills are required for training
• 1+ Year of Related Janitorial or Grounds Experience

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, Mops, Scrubs and Vacuums Common Area’s
• Empties Common Area Trash
• Maintains all Parking Areas
• Sweeps and Blows all Landings, Power Washes as Needed
