About The Position

GDI is seeking a reliable, hardworking, safety-oriented Groundskeeper / Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of the facility’s outdoor areas. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail and can work independently in a variety of weather conditions.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The organization participates in E-Verify and is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold.
• Safety-oriented.
• Ability to work with other crew members.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of parking lots and surrounding outdoor areas.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and trash appropriately.
• Sweep and pressure wash walkways and parking lots.
• Keep outdoor spaces clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
