About The Position

Richdale Apartments is hiring dedicated and motivated Porter/Grounds positions for numerous Class A luxury communities. Our Porter/Grounds play a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work. Richdale is more than where you work, it’s your home.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong customer service orientation
• Have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residents
• Perform light maintenance
• Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• CPO (Certified Pool Operator Certification) preferred
• Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred

Responsibilities

• Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments
• Drywall repair
• Paint touch-up
• Door and lock changes
• Light plumbing and electrical
• Other duties as assigned
• Landscaping
• Pool maintenance
• Trash pick-up and removal
