Requirements

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred.
Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Monitor and care for plants, flowers, and shrubs to ensure a vibrant and inviting landscape.
Conduct regular inspections of outdoor facilities and amenities to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in good working condition.
Assist with special projects, such as landscaping enhancements and seasonal decorations.
Collaborate with other resort staff to ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment for our guests.
