About The Position

Requirements

Knowledge of landscape/horticulture/construction and snow removal applications.
Self-motivated, team leader, problem solver, attention to detail and multi-task.
Ability to Work outside in all weather conditions.
Knowledge of landscape/horticulture related tools and small machines.
Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
Ability to work with and maintain landscape, horticulture and snow removal equipment.
Eagerness to learn and be a team player.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Must be able to work early mornings and weekends.
Valid driver’s license required to drive company vehicles
Attend Monthly department meetings and departmental lineups.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

A degree or certificate in landscape/horticulture or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise teams to accomplish daily landscape, horticulture and snow removal tasks.
Maintain landscape and outdoor areas in all capacities: Mowing, Pruning, weeding, watering, planting, mulching.
Plant healthcare, trash clean-up etc.
Keep the hotel property in excellent condition as weather allows.
Snow removal during winter seasons in non-seasonal positions, landscaping during summer months.
