About The Position
Performs routine maintenance functions on the landscaping, grounds, roads, irrigation, and utilities belonging to the Commission through use of general labor and equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent level of education.
- Working knowledge of modern methods of ground and utilities maintenance including cutting lawns, trimming and edging, pruning trees and shrubs, raking leaves, and removing litter.
- Must be able to make repairs to Commission security fences, irrigation systems, and water systems including fire hydrants and storm drains.
- Must be physically able to operate a variety of machines, tools and equipment which includes a motor vehicle, computer, generator, shovel, power tools, hand tools, etc.
- Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or materials.
