About The Position
We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who will brave the elements and help manage the cleanliness of the parking lots in order to prep our guests with an experience that is beyond their expectations and creates guests for life. In this role, you will play a crucial part in working behind the scenes to ensure our employees and guests have a safe and quality experience. Your work will directly contribute to providing an exceptional guest experience in a dynamic outdoor environment.
Requirements
- Able to work extended hours outdoors.
- Able to carry and lift up to 75lbs.
- Basic hand tool knowledge and skills.
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Must be able to work at least 5 days a week with a start time between 7-11am.
- Must be 21 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Operate all grounds equipment and snow removal equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Remove trash from all parking lots
- Assist in the overall grounds maintenance of the resort.
- Operate hand tools and light equipment.
- Hang/tie parking rope control
- Other duties as assigned
