About The Position
Join EAU Holdings as a Grounds Maintenance Assistant, responsible for keeping the facilities of EAU Holdings in pristine condition for guests at various entities including The Lodge and its Salon and Spa, Smokey’s Supper Club, Dixie’s Coffee Shop, To The Nines Gift Shop, and the Manitowish Waters Athletic Club. This is a Full-Time, Seasonal position located in Manitowish Waters, WI, ideal for individuals who enjoy landscaping, maintenance, and working outdoors. EAU Holdings' mission is to enhance the community of Manitowish Waters by developing and operating businesses with an emphasis on quality and customer service, striving to improve the area for both tourists and residents. The company officially started in 2006 and expanded in 2014 by opening multiple year-round businesses.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work assigned schedule which includes weekdays, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
- Maintain professional appearance in appropriate uniform.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the buildings and grounds of all EAU entities.
- Support the Facilities director and other team members with shops, residences and community projects.
- Assist the town of Manitowish Waters in the maintenance and upkeep of its paved bike trail.
