CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Grounds Keeper for their Park Drive Manor l & ll Apartments in Rome, NY. This hands-on, onsite position involves working outdoors to maintain and improve the property's landscaping, creating clean, attractive, and welcoming outdoor spaces for residents throughout the seasons. The company is growing and looking for motivated professionals to help build strong, welcoming communities.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of landscaping or horticulture
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, digging, etc.)
- Good organization and time management skills
- Team player with solid communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors
Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain assigned grounds daily
- Weed whack, edge, and trim hedges
- Plant and maintain seasonal flowers and greenery
- Keep tools and equipment clean and in good working condition
- Support overall property appearance and upkeep
