Bring your passion and strong work ethic to us! We are looking for a lover of nature to maintain our grounds, gardens, flowerbeds, shrubbery, trees and lawns. Maintain the lawns on a seasonal basis. Trim, prune, shape, and plant various trees, bushes, shrubs and other plants as directed by the Maintenance Director. Maintain gardens, flowerbeds and shrubbery as necessary. Maintain all outside water lines and equipment as necessary. Keep grounds free of debris and hazards. Provide preventative maintenance on equipment and general maintenance within and around the community as needed.
