JOB SUMMARY: Groundskeepers maintain the grounds of the property in a conscientious manner. They work with attention to detail in order to ensure the property is in top condition. If you have effective time management and a positive attitude you are an ideal candidate. Must be able to work outside in unpredictable weather as this position requires a significant amount of time outside. CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm COMPENSATION: $17-$18 per hour (Eligible for Monthly Commissions)

- Previous groundskeeping experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities
- Ensure meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings
- Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily
- Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments
- Assist and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Assist in the cleaning of available units and models
- Assist in the troubleshooting/repairing of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the maintenance supervisor
- Work on-call as scheduled, weekend shifts and overtime as necessary and approved by manager
- Perform tasks and operate machinery in a safe manner and in compliance with safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned
