About The Position

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and attractive outdoor areas across the property. This role supports the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of landscaped areas, common spaces, and exterior facilities. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in upkeep, and thrives in an outdoor environment.

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive grounds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Pre-employment Drug Test and Background Check is required.

• Customer service mindset when interacting with residents or visitors

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain outdoor common areas, walkways, parking lots, and building exteriors.
• Remove trash, debris, and hazards from grounds.
• Monitor grounds for safety issues, damage, or maintenance needs and report promptly.
• Support seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, storm cleanup, and planting.
• Perform minor exterior repairs as needed (fencing, signage, outdoor fixtures).
• Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure high-quality site presentation.
