This hands-on, onsite position involves working outdoors to maintain and improve the property's landscaping, playing a key role in creating clean, attractive, and welcoming outdoor spaces for residents throughout the seasons. Requirements
- Basic knowledge of landscaping or horticulture
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, digging, etc.)
- Good organization and time management skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors
Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain assigned grounds daily
- Weed whack, edge, and trim hedges
- Plant and maintain seasonal flowers and greenery
- Keep tools and equipment clean and in good working condition
- Support overall property appearance and upkeep
