About The Position

This is a full-time, seasonal position as part of our Spring/Summer 2026 hiring. The role is expected to run from May 1, 2026, through October 20, 2026. The Grounds Crew member will be involved in all aspects of standard golf course and outdoor grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, gardening, and general beautification of grounds. They will also be responsible for repairing fences, gates, walls, and walks, and maintaining all areas around the hotel, lodge, cabins, and RV park. Regular use of power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws is expected. The role may also involve assisting with trash removal and hauling, filling propane tanks for RV park guests, and offering assistance to guests and teammates. This position requires a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties. Job duties may change based on the needs of the team and company.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Golf Course/Lodge Grounds experience preferred but not required
Experience with power and hand tools, mowers, chainsaws, etc preferred

Responsibilities
