About The Position

Our Temporary Groundskeeper/Landscaper maintains University grounds that reflect an open, welcoming impression. Mows, fertilizes, and maintains turf grass. Transplants, prunes, waters, and maintains ornamental plants, trees and shrubs. Weeds, mulches, and maintains ornamental beds. Performs litter control and general grounds maintenance. plant installations, mulching, weeding, hauling debris in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.
• Ability to perform task in various weather conditions.
• Must demonstrated customer service focus and excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to follow directives and work independently.
• General computer and typing skills.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 Years Related experience preferred.
