About The Position
A SIGN-ON BONUS OF $4,451 IS AVAILABLE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT OF THIS POSITION PAID IN 2 INSTALLMENTS WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF HIRE: $2,225.50 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE & $2,225.50 12 MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE. Maintains existing and new landscapes that are part of campus buildings, and roof and memorial gardens. Installs all new plant material following plans and/or approved horticultural/grounds practices and procedures; maintains the beds including pruning, weeding, mulching, fertilizing and spraying of plant material, which may include pesticides. May maintain detailed records of plant species, including research on the design and maintenance of such plants; and may install and maintain zone area systems in the assigned geographical area. Uses special tools for cultivation, maintenance and transportation of plants.
Requirements
- Valid NC Driver’s License or ability to obtain.
