About The Position

We are searching for an individual to be part of our grounds crew. You will be available for 40 hours of work per week with a pay range from $16.50-$18.50 per hour. A successful landscaper at Hidden Valley HOA will provide excellent service while always keeping quality in mind. The ability to use different hand and power tools and equipment is necessary. We are looking for a motivated individual, who is dependable and has reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to be on time for shift
• Operate as a part of a team
• Exhibit and demonstrate initiative
• Prior experience in landscaping and grounds keeping
• All candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns, raking and disposal of grass clippings
• Shrub and tree trimming
• Raking and disposal of leaves
• Weeding
• Planting of grass seed, flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Fertilization
• Grounds pick-ups
• Removal of dead shrubs and trees
• Other tasks as assigned by the Superintendent
