About The Position

Support and maintain our diverse fleet of ground support equipment (GSE), including pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, de-ice trucks, Lav/water trucks, stairs, and specialty vehicles. This role focuses on fueling, fluid checks, cleaning, and assisting GSE Technicians, providing hands-on experience with aircraft support equipment. Growth Opportunities: Gain hands-on experience with diesel, gasoline, and automotive GSE. Learn preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting. Opportunity to progress to Level II – Experienced Fleet Technician.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Mechanical aptitude or prior automotive/fleet experience (training provided).
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions (reasonable accommodations considered).
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment non-DOT drug test and FAA background check.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Fuel and maintain diesel- and gasoline-powered GSE, including de-ice trucks.
Check and top off fluids, including oil, hydraulics, and coolant.
Assist GSE Technicians with routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Clean equipment cabs, engines, and compartments.
Operate basic GSE under supervision (does not include aircraft de-icing operations).
Report equipment issues promptly and accurately.
Follow all safety and operational procedures.
