St. Michael's Health Group is currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Ground Maintenance Worker to join their St Michael's Fenwyck team. This role reports to the Director, General Services, and involves performing maintenance duties as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
- A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
Responsibilities
- Cut grass, rake, aerate, dethatch, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees.
- Operate power mowers, tractors, clippers, and other landscape maintenance equipment.
- Minor maintenance as needed
- Painting touch ups.
- Check fire extinguisher and exit lights.
- Deliver goods to various departments.
- Assist with move-ins for new residents.
