About The Position

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking full-time employees to work as crew members for their helicopter crews. This position is for full-time employment with guaranteed pay for 40 hours per week year-round, though the work is seasonal with the majority of overtime hours occurring during the summer months (Mid-June to Mid-November) and reduced hours in the winter. The role involves managing the daily logistics of herbicide application.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Class B CDL is required.
Must be able to navigate with the help of GPS.
Must be willing to work long hours in the outdoors during the busy season.
Customer service oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
Valid U.S. driver's license is required to drive a company vehicle.
Must be able to meet all company requirements to drive a Helena vehicle.
Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required.

Responsibilities

Operates batch truck (Class B CDL required) in off-road settings.
Performs preventative equipment maintenance.
Maintains and manages pesticide inventory.
Prepares chemical blends.
Interfaces with helicopters on a daily basis (loads aircraft with pesticide product and fuel during operations).
Performs basic custodial needs in work areas to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Communicates directly and punctually with clients via phone calls and texting to maintain and communicate scheduling.
Travels on the road away from home at times; employer covers all hotel costs, and individual rooms are provided when possible.
