About The Position

Warwick Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Groomer to provide high-quality grooming services and an exceptional experience for pets and their people. The role involves grooming dogs of all breeds and sizes and performing grooming services such as bathing, brushing, drying, nail trimming or grinding, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing. The Groomer works independently while contributing to a dedicated, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Warwick Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service small animal practice offering medical, surgical, and dental care. Its team includes four veterinarians and support staff, including technicians, receptionists, kennel assistants, and groomers. The practice offers in-house diagnostic testing, access to external laboratories, a stocked pharmacy, surgical suite, digital x-ray, and monitored hospitalization area.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional grooming experience.
• Strong understanding of breed-specific haircuts.
• Confidence grooming dogs of all breeds and sizes.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work.
• Skill in bathing, brushing, drying, nail trimming or grinding, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing.
• Reliability and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a dedicated team.
