About The Position

Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to Price Chopper customers. Stocks grocery products, prices merchandise, and keeps aisles and shelves neat, clean, and leveled. Maintains well-stocked and accurately priced merchandise to support sales and provide excellent customer service. May operate a register, bag customer orders, retrieve shopping carts, or perform other front-end duties as business needs require. Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service, including smiling, making eye contact, and thanking customers.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
• Stock grocery products and perform pricing and signing within company and state guidelines.
• Unload warehouse direct-store-delivery merchandise from trucks.
• As business needs require, retrieve shopping carts, bag customer orders, and operate a front-end register.
• Sweep retail-unit floors and clean shelving as necessary.
• Follow corporate and state sanitation and pricing regulations applicable to the grocery department.
• Control shrink by following related policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management and follow company policies and procedures.
