About The Position

The Fresh Market is seeking a Grocery Team Member who can work in any store department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, helping guests find meal solutions, maintaining product knowledge, merchandising and stocking products, gathering shopping carts, and supporting general housekeeping. The pay range is $18.00–$18.87 per hour. This position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to understand their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day, while assisting nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present oneself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
