About The Position

The Grocery Team Member may work in any department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, helping guests find meal solutions, maintaining product and weekly-ad knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and supporting store upkeep.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store.
• Work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Assist nearby guests while merchandising and stocking.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
