About The Position

The Grocery Team Member may work in any of The Fresh Market’s departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, helping guests create meal solutions, maintaining product and weekly-ad knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and assisting with store upkeep. The pay range is $17.00–$17.73 per hour. The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store.
• Work across departments to assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day while assisting nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
