About The Position
The Dairy/Frozen Merchandiser ensures dairy and frozen products are stocked, displayed, and maintained in a single display at local grocery stores. The role offers four to six hours of work per week, with limited hours that are not expected to increase. It may suit someone seeking a consistent but light workload, including a recently retired person or someone seeking supplemental income. Starting pay is $15 per visit.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to understand and accurately implement planograms and schematics.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.
- Attention to detail in maintaining product quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the designated unit by stocking and rotating products and ensuring proper pricing.
- Implement planograms and schematics to optimize product placement and visual appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and request that store personnel order products when needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations when handling products.
- Visit assigned stores twice weekly on designated visit days.
