About The Position

CART Solutions is seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as a PART-Time/GIG (Pick when you work) Grocery Merchandiser to make a lasting impact on the shopping experience for countless customers. This role is ideal for self-starters who crave variety, independence, and the opportunity to showcase problem-solving skills. The schedule involves day shifts starting at 5 AM, with variable end times of 8-10 hours, Monday through Friday, 3-4 days per week. Locations will vary daily and may include areas up to 20 miles from home, such as Winter Park, Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, and Maitland surrounding areas.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the US.
Ability to take and submit photos with internet access.
Must bring a small hand-held tool set (screwdriver, tape measure, box cutter).
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, for 6-10 hours.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Reliable transportation covering a 30-mile radius or more.
Must work all grocery departments, including freezers.
Proficiency in using Planograms (POG) is essential.
Must be able to work up to 20 miles from home.
