About The Position

CART Solutions is seeking dynamic & energetic individuals to join our team as a PART-Time/GIG (Pick when you work) Grocery Merchandiser to make a lasting impact on the shopping experience for countless customers. This role offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to showcase problem-solving skills. The position involves working Monday - Friday, 3-4 days per week, with a firm start time of 5 AM and variable end times of 8-10 hour shifts. Locations will vary daily and may include areas up to 20 miles from home, such as Winter Park, Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, and Maitland surrounding areas. The role requires working in all grocery departments, including freezers, and proficiency in using Planograms (POG) for remodels and resets.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to take and submit photos with internet access.
• Must bring a small hand held tool set (screwdriver, tape measure, box cutter).
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, for 6-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation covering a 30-mile radius or more.
• Proficiency in using Planograms (POG) is essential for completing remodels and resets.
