About The Position

The Grocery Merchandiser works hands-on in stores to stock products, maintain displays, complete merchandising projects, and help keep stores ready for customers. The role supports store operations and customer service while collaborating with store leaders and other team members. Serv-U-Success provides hands-on training and opportunities to build skills in a supportive, people-first culture. The posted schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The role may require travel between assigned locations, both locally and in the wider region. Compensation is listed as $16–$18 per hour, with pay based on experience. Benefits are offered for full-time employment. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed.

Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
Collaborate with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
Follow safety procedures and promptly report hazards.
Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
Travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, if needed.
