About The Position
The Grocery Merchandiser is a hands-on store role focused on stocking products, setting displays, and keeping stores customer-ready. The position supports merchandising, project execution, and store operations while building positive relationships with customers and teammates. The role offers hands-on training and opportunities to develop skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This is a part-time, day-shift position scheduled Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The listed pay range is $16–$18 per hour, with the posting also stating pay is up to $18 per hour based on experience. Travel between assigned local and wider-region locations may be needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
- Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
- Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
- Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
- Collaborate with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
- Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
- Follow safety procedures and promptly report hazards.
- Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, if needed.
