This is an hourly paying union position with bonus eligibility. The selected candidate must be willing and able to work at any store within the union district per the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). If new to the union, an initiation fee and weekly dues will apply. The pay for this position is $22 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. The Grocery Department Manager exemplifies strong customer service, directs and controls the operation of the Grocery Department, supervises and trains personnel to achieve departmental and store sales and profit objectives, and provides feedback and recommendations on operational issues and personnel decisions to the Store Director and Division management.
