About The Position

The Tour Manager oversees the planning and execution of all ensemble travel-related activities. Working with the Technical Associate and Professor John Rommereim, the Tour Manager serves as lead coordinator and supervisor for the Fundraising, Hospitality, and Marketing student team members, supporting communication and collaboration throughout the tour planning process. In coordination with the Technical Assistant and Choir Director, the Tour Manager manages transportation, lodging, and scheduling logistics to facilitate efficient and enjoyable trips.

• Must be an enrolled member of the Grinnell Singers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of ensemble travel-related activities.

• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the tour planning process.
