Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong commitment to safety
• Must be able to work any shift - working hours may change with business needs
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen held to the DOT standards for prohibited substances including marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates and adjusts grinders to perform surface and cylindrical grinding operations and/or the rough grinding of main and pin bearings on crankshafts.
• Included in this classification are the cylindrical honing machines, automatic crankshaft superfinisher and systems such as automatic valve guide line.
