About The Position

Stoltzfus Meats is looking for an experienced Grill Cook to join our team in a full-time, Monday–Friday position. This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant or kitchen experience who enjoys cooking but is ready for a stable schedule with weekends and evenings off. As a Grill Cook, you will play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and consistently. We are looking for someone who is dependable, confident working in a fast-paced kitchen, and able to bring experience and stability to our morning team.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, grill, line cook, or professional kitchen experience
• Dependable and able to consistently work a 4:00 a.m. start time
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a kitchen team
• Able to manage priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of food quality, consistency, and kitchen organization
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
• A team-oriented approach and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Manage the grill station and maintain an efficient workflow during service
• Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and on time
• Operate grills and kitchen equipment safely
• Maintain proper food handling and temperature controls
• Keep the grill station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• Communicate with kitchen team members to keep orders moving efficiently
• Assist with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed
• Complete opening and daily kitchen duties
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
