About The Position
Join the Culinary Excellence Team as a Grill Cook at Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club in Tampa, FL. Since 1916, Palma Ceia has been a standard for private club excellence, offering premier amenities and creating unforgettable experiences. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to join our culinary team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences. As a Grill Cook, you will play a key role in executing high-quality dishes with precision and consistency. Working under the guidance of our Sous Chef, you’ll contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen that values creativity, excellence, and continuous growth.
Requirements
- Legal eligibility to work and serve in Florida (18+ years old).
- At least 5 years of experience in line cook roles.
- Proficiency in Grill, Fry, and Sauté stations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A sharp eye for detail, combined with the ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
