About The Position

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Greeter to join the Eat'n Park team. The role is Monday through Friday during daylight hours and focuses on welcoming guests, helping organize and seat them, and supporting a positive dining experience. Greeters work with fellow team members and perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.

Requirements

• Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
• Standing and/or walking for 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge guests immediately with a friendly greeting.
• Use the tools provided to stay organized and seat guests.
• Present guests with a menu and suggest food items identified by management.
• Observe guest reactions, acknowledge problems, and alert management when an issue needs resolution.
• Perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
• Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
