Service Greeter & Porter | Fields Volvo Cars Northfield Join a team where luxury meets legacy. Fields Volvo Northfield is looking for a proactive, high-energy Service Greeter/Porter to be the first point of contact for our valued guests. Requirements
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to follow precise instructions and safety protocols.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Greet service guests warmly and assist with valet transportation.
- Safely drive vehicles between the service lane, technician stalls, and parking lots.
- Partner with the car wash team to expedite the cleaning process for every guest vehicle.
- Create vehicle key tags and ensure the service drive remains clean and professional.
- Maintain the presentation of driveways and sidewalks to ensure a premium facility experience.
