The Greeter II-VIP Club Lounge is responsible for greeting owners and guests arriving and departing the VIP Club Lounge, facilitating the overall guest experience at check-in. This role supports the Club Lounge Hosts by providing additional time and attention to owners requiring assistance with room assignments or additional information. The position also handles complex technical tasks such as processing room changes, inventory moves, folio adjustments, and creating/issuing room keys. Additionally, the Greeter is responsible for reviewing and printing reports, assisting with guest inquiries, resolving concerns to guest satisfaction, stocking guest collateral and food & beverage, and ensuring the cleanliness of guest-facing areas in the Club Lounge.
