About The Position

The Greet Team Member creates a welcoming first impression for customers entering the establishment. The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service by greeting guests, answering initial questions, and directing them to appropriate services or areas. It requires attentiveness to customer needs and clear, courteous communication with diverse individuals. The position also supports efficient facility operations and contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and actively engage with customers.
• Basic proficiency in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• At least one year of experience in a customer service-oriented position.
• At least one year of cash-handling experience.
• Ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service.
• PC literacy, including Microsoft Office and products such as ABC and GymSales.
• Valid CPR/AED certification, including infant and child, within the first 45 days of employment and maintained throughout employment.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or customer management software.
• Conflict resolution skills to handle difficult customer interactions calmly.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet customers as they enter the facility or store.
• Provide clear and helpful information about services, products, or directions within the location.
• Assist in managing customer flow to ensure efficient and organized service delivery.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer questions or concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional greeting area.
