Oversees the weekly activities of the Green Team golf development program. This role requires impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness, with the ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness and pivot service as needed. The coordinator must be proficient with TEI software and able to coordinate information within the Tee sheet and Point of Sale systems. Responsibilities include booking and modifying tee times (straight tee times, shotgun start, double tee start), creating golf tournaments with necessary documentation (pairings, scorecards, rule sheets, scoreboards), and hosting golf rules and etiquette presentations using software like Microsoft PowerPoint. The role involves speaking in front of large groups of beginning golfers and volunteers, creating a yearly schedule of events for the Green Team program, attending Saturday morning play, and fostering teamwork and effective working relationships with staff, vendors, and community members. A flexible work schedule, including Saturday mornings, potential holidays, and short-notice changes, is required. The position also requires maintaining consistent onsite attendance and punctuality. Work schedules will vary, averaging 16-28 hours per week.
