About The Position

Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere. We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes. We are currently looking for a Greek Teacher for one of our clients in Oakland, United States. The course type is General, one-to-one format, with a total of 30 hours, and session length of two hours. The student is a beginner, aged 17 and under, and is motivated to achieve a conversational level for travel and potential future living in Greece. The schedule is flexible, with weekends being most convenient, but weekdays during the afternoon or after 4pm are also possible. The position is freelance and part-time.

Requirements

• Be a native Greek speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter.
• Have a valid work permit/visa.
• Live within 20 miles of the specified location (94619, Oakland).
• Be able to submit a CV with references.
• Provide availability.
• Provide earliest possible start date.
• Meet the stated conditions.
