The Great Lakes Region Sales Manager (RSM) will oversee and drive sales operations within an assigned region for our prostate cancer sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Account Executives (SAE), developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. The geography for this region will include Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
