Michaels is seeking Great Experience Makers to deliver exceptional service and create positive experiences for every customer. This fully remote, entry-level position in a remote call center environment involves responding to customer questions, concerns, and problems. Training and equipment are provided. The role requires working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.
