Every customer holds an active policy with one of Jerry's 55+ insurance carrier partners. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers needing to make changes to their policies, ensuring they remain with Jerry. This role is crucial for retaining policyholders by addressing their needs and questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverages, and benefits.
