About The Position

Jerry.ai built the first app to manage all aspects of car ownership, including insurance shopping, refinancing, safety, and repairs. Since launching in 2019, we've grown to over 5 million customers. Every customer holds an active policy with one of Jerry's 55+ insurance carrier partners. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers needing to make changes to their policies, ensuring they remain with Jerry. This role is crucial for retaining policyholders by addressing their needs and questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverages, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Passion for helping others.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
  • Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, including coverages and policy benefits, or make changes to existing policies.
  • Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation.
